Will definitely get this as I doubt it would ever get an uncut UK release and the US is probably the only other territory that will have English subs (ok, there's Hong Kong but I'm not sure the comrades will allow this anymore. Plus it was cut there).
I'm bitter, I'm twisted, James Joyce is fucking my sister.

According to Unearthed Films, this will not only be uncut but also feature uncensored audio for the first time ever. All previous releases had censored audio on the original Cantonese language track, where certain bad words were "beeped".

They got the title of this extra wrong: I believe it should have been "SIMON YAM SEEMS LIKE A REALLY NICE GUY ALTHOUGH I'VE NEVER MET HIM, BUT HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE REALLY NICE AND HAS MADE A LOT OF MOVIES. LET ME TELL YOU WHICH MOVIES HE WAS IN"
Now everyone can have a complete KRULL lifestyle.

True, but it did motivate me to get hold of a VCD of Trust Me U Die, so not all bad.

I liked this a lot more than I expected. For one, it was a lots sleazier and nasty than the comments online led me to believe. Two, Yam and Lee take it all seriously and do a good job. Three, although like Untold Story there is low brow humour with the cops it's far more subdued than in Untold Story, the slapstick scene with the severed breast being the big exception.

Speaking of which, according to imdb this film came out a year before Untold Story, correct? If so, UT 'borrows' a lot from this film, the structure, cops beating the shit out of the suspect until they confess, comic cops (one fat, one a short haired woman) and even slapstick scenes involving severed gentials!

The cops are virtually the same squad in both films, minus Kent Cheng. Funny enough, my old dentist was an elderly Chinese man named...Dr. Lamb!
